Sleep is NOT Happening!

Okay, eventually I promise to post on something besides the flu that has taken us captive but, for now it is pretty much all I can think about. My fever broke on Saturday night and things were looking up today. I actually left the house for the first time in a solid week (yeeesh) and I was feeling well enough to file our taxes and attend to a few chores that had been neglected. Then night came and brought with it coughing, hacking, head congestion and nose blowing--you know the kind that is impossible to sleep though! I tossed and turned hacked and sneezed more than I could handle before finally deciding it was better to cut my losses and get out of bed for a while. Bubby is still at his grandparents' house-- thank goodness, so I figure I will get sleep sooner or later. I also didn't want to risk waking Hubby who is hoping to return to work tomorrow and is currently sleeping ever so soundly :)
