In honor of "Fetus Friday" and Bubby's third birthday I thought I'd Make a list of some things I learned during his baby days. Maybe it will be helpful, maybe not, it is what it is - ENJOY!
Too many visitors right away can be a bad thing.
Newborns pee everywhere (but it does get better!)
Cloth diapers REALLY are easy to use.
Put as much food in the freezer ahead of time as you can.
When your best friend offers to come and scrub your house so you can nap, kiss her then accept the offer!
It is not the end of the world if your baby misses a nap get out of the house!
All you need to make baby food is a food processor & some ice cube trays -- it works great and it is so much cheaper!
Baby bath tubs are useless.
plastic bibs are the best kind for older babies and toddlers.
Breastfeeding may be worth it but it can be super easy, or really hard!
Coffee is wonderful!
Pay attention when they teach you to do the swaddle wrap it may come in VERY handy!
Forget that three hour schedule thing just love your baby!
If you have a small kitchen don't buy a HUGE highchair.
If you have a mean nurse in the delivery room, you can demand a new one!
