ODD Things about me!

1. Do you like bleu cheese? No, but the Maytag stuff is pretty good.

2. Have you ever smoked heroin? No

3. Do you own a gun? No they REALLY freak me out! If my Hubby or my Son ever wanted one to hunt with I could live with that - I think!?

4. What flavor do you add to your drink at Sonic? Ocean Water, Chocolate Pepsi, Strawberry Limeade (my top three.)

5. Do you get nervous before doctor appointments? I get nervous when Hubby goes to the doctor!

6. What do you think of hot dogs? HATED them as a kid, but will eat them now!

7. Favorite Christmas song? All I want for Christmas is you, it was playing in the Dallas airport that day in December as I boarded my plane for Peru! It made me teary eyed and I've loved it ever since.

8. What do you prefer to drink in the morning? Coffee with various flavors of coffee mate or loose leaf tea.

9. Can you do pushups? No, maybe about 5 of the girl kind. Does that count?

10. What do you order at Starbucks? Usually a latte and the flavor varies, and lately I'm into steamers!

11. What's your favorite piece of jewelry? My wedding ring and a ring that my mother gave me when I turned 16, and a wordless bracelet from my Aunt, and a locket that my husband gave me but it's quite broken unfortunately!

12. How do you eat your eggs? Scrambled with cheese.

13. Do you have A.D.D? Seriously, I wonder sometimes!

14. What's one trait that you hate about yourself? My stomach, but then having a baby does that to a lot of us- (if you are one of those people with four children and a beautiful stomach, we can't be friends.) Just kidding but, I hope you know how blessed you are!

16. Name 3 thoughts at this exact moment? My knee hurts, my dog is a punk, and I don't know what I would do without this Thomas movie because I have a three year old and I have to sit around all day with a hot pack on my knee!


17. Name 3 things you bought yesterday: Acupuncture treatment; gas; chex mix.

18. Name 3 drinks you regularly drink: water; coffee; soda (even though I shouldn't.)

19. Current worry right now? No comment.

20. Current hate right now? Things that smell bad!

21. Favorite place to be...home or work? My home is my work, my favorite place is still home (when Hubby is here.)

22. How did you bring in the New Year? We had a nice dinner after Bubby was in bed, and then watched the ball drop on t.v.

23. Where would you like to go? Paris and I'd like to return to Peru mostly because that is what Hubby dreams about and he works really hard, he deserves to have a dream or two come true!

24. Name three people who will complete this. I'm going to post it on my blog instead of e-mailing, so I don't think this question applies.


25. Do you own slippers? Yes, about five pairs but I'm very picky so I don't like the way most of them feel on my feet, consequently I usually walk around with ice cube feet. UGG slippers however, now those are the object of my desire and If I owned a pair of those they might never leave my feet!

26. What shirt are you wearing? The same champion sweatshirt that Tara gave me when I was a freshman in high school. It is all full of holes but I love it and can't give it up! I am also wearing pink sock monkey pants (or as my son calls them Bossco pants :)


27. Do you like sleeping on satin sheets? I Never have.

28. Can you whistle? Not really.

29. Favorite color? Orange, butter yellow, lime green.

30. Would you like to be a pirate? No, they are WAY too violent!

31. Do you sing in the shower? I used to, but we put the radio that used to be in the bathroom in Bubby's room so there isn't music in there anymore, I should really do something about that though because I miss the quiet time with music. Come to think of it though I don't remember the last time my bath didn't get interrupted by my Hubby, my son, my three dogs or all five of them -sigh!

32. Favorite girl's name? Pearl Evelyn, Lilianna Grace, Haddassy Lou.

33. Favorite boy's name? Evan Donald, Bennett (but my cousin has dibs on it, so I won't use it.) and Tollen James. P.S. if you know me and you rip off any of theses names, I will be annoyed!

34. Last thing that made you laugh? When my son was disobeying me and he hit his head on the wall.

35. Best bed sheets as a child? Rainbow ones and I still use the pillow case!

36. Do you like where you live? Yes - for now!

37. How many TVs do you have in your house? 3

38. Who is your loudest friend? I don't know but Rachel is my hero because she can get any store to take anything back!

39. How many dogs do you have? Three, Kane, Nolan, and Daisy.

40. Who do you hope has a crush on you? Hubby!

41. What is your favorite book? The Note Book, The Wedding, and A Mary Heart In A Martha World.

42. What is your favorite candy? Recently, dark chocolate which is funny because I used to hate it!

43. Favorite Sports Team? Umm. . . which ever team my sister is playing on and the Hawkeyes (mostly to bug my husband and love of the hawkeyes definitely runs in my family.)

44. What song do you want played at your funeral? I'll Fly Away ( the jars of clay version) and something that at least attempts to make people smile. Mostly, I just want people to think of me with a new and perfect body taking ballet class and playing softball and basketball!

45. What were you doing at 12 AM last night? Sleeping.


46. What was the first thing you thought when you woke up this morning? Oh NO! Hubby will be late for work!

47. Snow or rain? Rain, the sound of it is peaceful!
