This is Bertolli's oven bake chicken parm . . . it is really yum . . . plus would you look at that awesome retro casserole pan that belonged to my great-grandmother! Hubby and I LOVE Bertolli's for those nights when we are craving a date night but we can't, or don't want to go out. We feed Bubby and put him to bed, then pop one of these babies in the oven and presto-changeo dinner for two in minutes -- YAY!
